Sisters and Brothers of Immigrants (SBI), at the end of Migration Week, held an Interfaith Prayer Service at St. Viator Church in Chicago. The theme of the prayer service, "Becoming a Community of Hope," was woven through reflections given by members of diverse faiths and populations. The shared journey was also experienced through prayer and song. A reception that followed the service provided fellowship and further conversations for those who attended. Social Justice Promoter, Sister Benita Coffey, OSB gave the welcome and call to prayer as the director of the SBI Board. Sister Patti Cielinski, OSB attended and captured a few photos for us to enjoy.
